Breathe Technology was established in 2003 with the goal of providing traditional IT Support for SME’s and Schools.
Breathe are a long standing and organically grown MSP Business, serving the larger SME to
Corporate Business segments and the Education sector since 2003.
We think out the box and we do not follow the typical structure or way of doing things that you see
in our peers or competitors. We have a unique approach and concept to how we deliver managed
services.
Our competitive advantage ties directly into our USP’s and it is responsible for shaping the clever
business we have today.

We provide each customer with a dedicated team. This ensures that we have a close working relationship and that we take responsibility for our customer and their IT needs/issues.
2) We have the ultimate technical skillset
All engineers have a minimum of 5 years, good general IT Experience in roles such as MSP Engineers, IT Managers, LAN Admin or Support Engineers. They then undergo what we call our ‘Technical Mastery Programme’, which is our personal development programme to create super engineers. The skillset includes desktop, server and storage, virtualization, networking, cloud, cyber security and business continuity.
By combining these two USP’s, we achieve a result that is second to none. You have a dedicated Team that you know and trust that are able to resolve any issue you experience.
What is a Full Service MSP?
We offer a one stop shop, with a more personal approach to service and premium IT at best value.
We started talking about Outsourced IT Support, which then became Managed Services. This model has now evolved into a Full-Service MSP.
That means, that our support customers are provided with a complete set of services and completely looked after.
A full-service MSP is certified to provide specialist services and support such as IT Strategy, Cyber Security and Cloud services. Many IT Support companies claim to offer Cyber Security, but selling a firewall or anti-virus does not make you a Cyber Security business.
Cloud Specialism?
Breathe offer our customers a complete portfolio of cloud services.
Yes, we are a Microsoft CSP(Cloud Solutions Provider) and we incredibly strong Office 365 and SharePoint knowledge
However, we also offer our own ‘Breathe Easy Private Cloud. The Private Cloud is what we believe the future is for IT. It’s costs effective and complete flexible. Allowing you to build almost any IT configuration with security, backup and DR etc. It could even be a combination of co-location(your equipment) and virtual resources provided by us. Supported by the fantastic customer service you receive from Breathe.

Craig started with Breathe in Technical
Support in 2003, witha background in IT
Service Desk in Enterprise Environments,
Systems Integration, and Project
Management.
Today at Breathe,a significant amount of
his time is spent working with Academy
Trusts and Schools, helping them to
transform, secure, and manage their systems. Often helping the schools
benefit from being part of the larger organisations and moving to
centralised, standardised models.
However, his career in IT really started at age 12, working on computers
with floppy discs! Craig is passionate about creating IT strategies and systems that reflect
real positive change in organisations. Craig’s technical strengths include IT strategy, IT management,
infrastructure design, and cyber security.

Ryan Van Aswegen
Technical Director
Ryan brings a wealth of experience and
expertise to the company. With a strong
technical background, Ryan has been an
integral part of the company since 2006.
Throughout his tenure, he has consistently
demonstrated exceptional leadership and a
deep understanding of technical operations.
Ryan’s extensive knowledge spans various
areas, including network infrastructure,
system administration, and IT security. He has playeda pivotal role in
implementing cutting-edge technologies and driving innovative solutions
to enhance the company’s technical capabilities.
With his strategic vision and technical prowess, Ryan has successfully
led numerous complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and
optimisation of systems. His meticulous attention to detail, coupled
with a strong problem-solving aptitude, has earned him a reputation for
delivering exceptional results.

James Tabram
Sales Director
James started with Breathe in 2024 and brings a wealth of expertise to the company.
James is from a telecommunications
background starting in 1995. And has worked for some large organisations like BT,
and has over 29 years of experience running
and supporting successful teams.
James believes Breathe is an amazing opportunity with a loyal base of well
supported customers. And adding his wealth of experience he hopes the company can go on and achieve even greater things.
With his strategic vision and technical prowess, Ryan has successfully
led numerous complex projects, ensuring seamless integration and
optimisation of systems. His meticulous attention to detail, coupled
with a strong problem-solving aptitude, has earned him a reputation for
delivering exceptional results.

Louise has been with Breathe since 2018 and hasan integral role in the business, supporting the teams that work directly with our customers. Ensuring that the technical team keeps delivering great results for our schools.
Louise interfaces directly with our customers to help her team with finance, contracts, scheduling of visits, etc.

Brendon Burr

After relocating to the UK from South Africa in April 2022, Brendon started with Breathe in July. With 13 years of experience in running IT support teams and working as an architecture consultant for some of the world’s biggest consulting firms, such as PWC (Price Waterhouse Cooper), Brendon is supporting our growing IT consulting side of the business.
Brendon works mostly focusing on areas such as Cyber Security, IT Strategy, IT Audits, Infrastructure Design and Project management.
